To ensure this quality, our in-house Quality Assurance Department (QAD), under the guidance of experienced quality managers, along with a team of well-trained Quality I inspectors, operates QAD independently and autonomously from the production team.
Our QADs undergo continuous training to keep up with new developments in the industry and are committed to quality assurance using the most sophisticated and up-to-date technologies and techniques.
In our pursuit of excellence, our QADs have been honed to the point where we can trace each and every person who individually checked or supervised the manufacturing process, even after the process is complete, through meticulous accountability and a bar code system. Our belief in our quality assurance system is unwavering, with a low percentage of defective products by international standards and a decreasing number of customer concerns.
